oh no! after an emergency ENT visit in dublin i got bad news + broken vocal chords! cancelled everything + headed home for now... thanks to everyone who's made my european adventure so amazing :)

update: thank you sooo much everyone for your comments of love + strength + recovery! i am so lucky to be loved by you. i promise to listen to the doctor, rest, stop talking(as hard as that is for me haha) + heal as quick as possible + be back for the tour + continue on this amazing path to come visit all of you!!! so many more countries to visit + songs to sing + people to thank :) oxxo

I am in the medical field in the ambulance and ER and I have seen 3 people (2 stabbed and 1 shot) and I have seen them make a full recovery and the only thing that you would know that anything had happened was a scar. I know you'll recover and do better than ever. I am praying for you

Hey Girl! Just wondering what your official diagnosis is and if you've gotten a second opinion on treatment options. Is it possible for you to avoid the risks associated with surgery and start with voice therapy with a speech language pathologist who specializes in the singing voice? I will pray that your voice will return better than ever!! I think that you have been pushing it a bit because of your hard work and trying to please us fans. Please slow down a bit!!
