You could have easily swept the floor for Best New Artist, and won Best Song for Jar of Heart's lyrics. Christina, I have another things for you to add to your bucket list for 2011-12 (the one you said you had that included getting a song on the Twilight album), spend a long time on a new worldwide hit that will make the Grammy members feel shameful for their ignorance, and show people that Jar of Hearts and A Thousand Years weren't flukes. Show 'em who's boss, for you and for us.
Please put A Thousand Years on your new album, if your're going to have one for this year. I ablsolutely love it and would be crushed if it wasn't on your track. I don't want to have to purchase the Breaking Dawn CD to listen to just your song.
I'll be 50 years old in 2 years so I don't often appreciate a lot of the new music that comes out. A friend shared the lyric video for The Lonely with me and it literally brought me to tears. Being a writer and also losing someone I love completely and without reservation, the song and video just touched me in a way that very few songs/videos do. I bought Lovestrong and am very happy I did. I look forward to hearing new material from you soon. Thank you!

CP: I gave my Lovestrong album to my 11year Grandaughter Phoebe and I bought your Deluxe. version. I am enjoying the extra two songs. As an OLD trumpet player myself, I enjoyed the trumpet added to BACKWARD. Danney Leven plays a sweet horn!! It fit in perfectly with your voice. I'm glad you added some brass to your sound.
